This modern Tribeca residence was designed by BKSK Architects to give warmth and intimacy to the open plan structure of a loft. SRFA worked together with the client and architects on the commission of a signature, large-scale, hanging sculpture by Graham Caldwell for the stairwell entryway. SRFA also worked to incorporate the client’s existing art collection into the space, by reframing and integrating the pieces to enhance the design of the space.
